Hello, I’m Tracy Schuster, a life and leadership coach dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s transitions to live an intentional life.
My journey to coaching is rooted in a lifelong commitment to helping others. As a former licensed mental health counselor, I’ve honed my ability to listen deeply and provide insightful guidance. My experience in process improvement and Lean leadership has equipped me with valuable tools to help clients optimize their personal and professional lives.
I’ve walked the path of many of my clients – from owning my own business to working in both healthy and unhealthy organizational environments. My personal experience with the empty nest transition during the COVID-19 pandemic has given me firsthand insight into the complexities of this life stage.
My superpower? Active listening. I have a knack for hearing what’s being said at the macro level and helping you uncover insights they might be missing. This skill, combined with my background in mental health counseling, and as a Prosci Change Management Practitioner sets me apart in the coaching field.
